Apple experts since 1983, KRCS understand Apple products, inside and out. We are able to carry out Apple Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod and Apple Watch repairs to the reliably high standard you expect from an Apple Authorised Service Provider.

Whether your Apple product is inside or outside its warranty, our expert Apple qualified engineers will know what to do. If your repair is covered by your warranty it will be carried out without cost to you. If your repair is chargeable, we’ll contact you with a quote before we carry out the repair.

You can book an iPhone repair at all our retail stores and Nottingham (Lenton Lane HQ) by clicking here. If your nearest KRCS location doesn’t have in-store repair facilities for your Mac (Nottingham Victoria Centre or Derby) there’s no need to book an appointment. Bring your Mac into the store and we will book in and transport your repair to our nearest KRCS Service Centre, free of charge. Repairs are made available for collection from where you dropped them off once completed. If your Apple device was manufactured more than 5 years ago we may not have access to genuine Apple spare parts so please contact us before booking an appointment or visiting our stores.

We understand how inconvenient it is to be without your device, especially iPhone, so we’re pleased to say that many models of iPhones are available for same day replacement in our service centres. For models of iPhone and other devices / parts that we don’t currently hold in stock, next working day delivery in to our service centre is normally available from Apple so you’ll be without your device for as little time as possible.

Please note that the genuine iPhone screen replacement service is carried out at a central Apple factory to ensure the highest quality of repair which extends repair times to 5 - 7 days.

Diagnosis fees may apply to out-of-warranty Macs not purchased from KRCS. This is payable at the time of booking, and subtracted from labour charges if a repair is submitted.
