KRCS are an Apple Authorised Service Provider, operating from an authorised workshop location within our head office location. We support all Apple device repairs on a mail in basis. Please email info@krcs.co.uk with details of your device and our team will advise on available service options. If your device was purchased from KRCS, please include those details. Our education and business customers can contact their account manager who will be able to provide further information.

The original HomePod brought hi-fi audio to our living rooms in 2018, and was soon followed by HomePod mini in 2020.

Beyond the amazingly rich and immersive sound quality, HomePod includes full Siri integration, multi-room capable audio with AirPlay 2 and the opportunity to enable smart home hub features so that your HomePod becomes the centre of your HomeKit (and Matter!) enabled devices.

The table below lists the chargeable repair prices, based on replacing the whole unit. Please note that all prices are inclusive of VAT and accurate as of 25 June 2026.
