Teachers

If you're a teacher or work in an educational institution you qualify for a discount on Apple products.

To shop in-store

Take along a proof of education employment status, a current payslip, school identification or letter of employment.

To shop online

• Create a new account on the customer login page by clicking the "Create an Account" button below.
• Select "Teacher" before setting up a password.
• You'll be automatically signed in and able to see the savings if you visit the product pages you are interested in - please bear in mind, education discount can't be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.
• Place your order whilst logged in to secure educational pricing.
• We'll be in touch to ask you to send relevant proof of educational status (a current payslip, school identification or letter of employment) before we process your order.
• We'll verify your ID and keep you informed on when to expect your new Apple products to arrive.

Students

Nice and simple, as a student, you can save 10% on Mac or 6% on iPad (sorry, we can't offer a discount on iPhone) when you shop with KRCS. No complicated bundles or finance offers that you don’t want, just the Mac or iPad you want, at a price you want to pay.

To shop in-store

Take along your NUS card, equivalent ID from your uni or your acceptance letter. Student only promotions run at key times during the academic year, for the latest information on current promotions please contact your local KRCS store.

Simply follow the steps below -

• Create a new account on the customer login page by clicking the "Create an Account" button below.
• Select "Student" before setting up a password.

Terms & Conditions
*Discount is available for eligible individuals attending (or have an acceptance letter for) a valid UK Sixth-Form, College, Higher/Further Education Institution with a valid proof of status. Teachers and faculty staff at valid, UK Primary, Secondary or Higher Education Institutions are also eligible for discount. Only one claim per customer. Parents/Carers may purchase on behalf of the student, but the purchase must be made in the student's name. Education discount is off Apple List Price.

Valid proof of status

• NUS or university card or an email from a valid institutional address that is active and can be used to send and receive emails throughout the transaction.
• Admission confirmation letter from a valid UK institution.
• Teacher Employee ID card or official letter from the Teacher's or faculty staff's institution showing the Teacher/Staff member is affiliated to a valid Primary, Secondary or Higher Institution.

All Apple discounts are based on Apple prices, as seen on www.apple.com/uk. Educational discounts cannot be used in conjunction or combination with education institutional discounts or any other offers or discounts. Offers may be withdrawn at any time and for any reason.
