Repairs are offered 'by appointment' only. Please only book an appointment if you know you can attend at that time and location. Non-attendance has significant repercussions for others who need our services.
If you arrive early for your appointment, expect to wait until your booked time slot. If you’re late for your appointment, we may have to ask you to re-book for another day.
To book your appointment please click the button below. If no appointments are available, please try again later. Appointments are available up to seven days in advance, and new availability is added between 9am and 5pm, on the hour and at 20 minute intervals.
Before you arrive
Please physically clean your device before you arrive. For detailed advice on how to clean Apple products, visit https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204172.
Apple will not allow devices to be repaired if the iCloud 'Find My’ setting is enabled. This is for your protection and relevant to:
- Mac with T2 chip (2018 onwards, excluding iMac)
- Apple Watch
Disable Find My from the iCloud settings. If you are unable to access controls on the device (maybe because it won’t come on), please refer to this article for instruction.
During the appointment
Whenever possible, KRCS will accommodate one adult on our premises at the time of your appointment, for a short interaction with a member of our team. During this time your device will be booked in and basic triage checks completed.
You will not be able to wait with us while a repair is completed. Instead our team member will provide an indication of how long it will take, and be in touch once ready for collection.
Please make sure that you have another way for us to contact you, other than the device you’re leaving with us.
We have to restrict the number of people allowed in to our public spaces. If we’re at full capacity at the time of your appointment, you may be asked to wait until it is safe to enter.
KRCS observe all social distancing measures, as prescribed by government at the time. This could make your interaction with our team member more challenging, but please be understanding, and help us keep everybody safe by following the rules.
If your device has not been cleaned before you arrive, or you fail to follow social distancing guidelines during your appointment, our team member may refuse service or ask you to leave.
How much will it cost?
If covered by Apple warranty you will not pay for parts or labour. Otherwise, we provide a quotation for parts and labour upon diagnosis.
- There is a minimum diagnosis fee of £29 for Mac computers (if not covered by warranty)
- For all other Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, Watch and AirPods the minimum diagnosis fee is £19 (if not covered by warranty)

*In locations without Mac or Apple TV service we will transport your repair to and from one of our other service locations free of charge.
**Same day screen replacement is available on iPhone 7 models or newer, when stock of the required screen is available.
You can book a repair at KRCS service centres by clicking here. If your nearest KRCS location doesn’t have in-store repair facilities for your Mac, there’s no need to book an appointment. Bring your Mac into your nearest store and we'll book it in to the next available appointment at our Mac service location and transport free of charge. Completed repairs will be returned to your chosen location again for collection. If your Apple device was manufactured more than 5 years ago, we may not have access to genuine Apple spare parts, so please contact us before booking an appointment or visiting our stores.
We understand how inconvenient it is to be without your device, especially iPhone, so we’re pleased to say that many models of iPhones are available for same day repair or replacement in our service centres, including same day screen replacement in certain locations when stock of required parts is available.
We aim to provide the iPhone screen replacement service for iPhone 7 or newer on a same day basis with our in house team of Apple trained technicians using stock of genuine Apple screens.
On the rare occasions that we aren't able to complete an iPhone repair on a same day basis because of unforeseen technical challenges or parts shortages, we would normally be able to complete the service within 1 - 2 days thanks to next day availability of genuine Apple service parts and replacements.
For certain symptoms and repairs Apple may request that your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch is sent in to a central facility for service. This is known as 'mail-in' service and extends repair times to 5 - 7 days.
Diagnosis fees may apply to out-of-warranty Macs not purchased from KRCS. This is payable at the time of booking, and subtracted from labour charges if a repair is submitted.
