Apple iMac Repairs

Apple iMac Repairs

Your iMac is in safe hands

First manufactured in early 2008, the iMac transitioned from it’s earlier sleek white enclosure to the now familiar aluminium casing. Sheet glass covering to the screen introduced a glossy new look and a protective layer in front of the LCD display.

KRCS offer official Apple iMac repairs, employing some of the most experienced technicians in the UK. We source all parts directly from Apple, and our technicians are regularly assessed and trained, so you can be sure of the quality of your repair. If your iMac is outside of the manufacturers warranty and requires a new hard drive or RAM module as part of the repair, we may recommend a third party drive or RAM module as a more cost effective method of repair.

As of April 2017 we are able to offer iMac repairs on the following generations of iMac or newer:

  • iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011) - Manufactured from May 2011 until October 2012
  • iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011) - Manufactured from May 2011 until October 2012

If your iMac was manufactured before 2011 and has a suspected hardware failure we may not be able to repair it, but please send us the details (including the iMac serial number) to helpdesk@krcs.co.uk so we can explore all options.

Typical repair costs for chargeable iMac repairs (prices include VAT) are indicated below. These prices are given as guidance based on the iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2011) and do not represent a quotation for repair:
