The KRCS Head Office Service Centre is located on the Lenton Lane industrial estate. We can offer repairs for all iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch or iPod models whether in or out of warranty. Devices older than 5-7 years may not have full parts availability.

My repair - What happens next?
At your appointment, our Apple qualified technician will diagnose your product and provide with a cost of repair if not covered by warranty, or we will simply proceed with the repair if it is covered by warranty. Full diagnosis can typically be completed during your appointment for iPhone and similar devices, but a full diagnosis for Mac may require that your device is booked in and left with us overnight.
The time it will take to complete your repair varies by product and fault:
iPhone screen replacement 0 - 1 days - for most models. KRCS hold stock of genuine Apple screen for most models of iPhone (from iPhone 6s or newer), along with the Apple tools to install and calibrate to factory standards. If a stock screen is not available at the time of your appointment we would typically receive stock from Apple the next working day to complete the screen replacement.
iPhone other faults (not damaged screen) 0 - 1 days - KRCS Head Office Service Centre hold a stock of replacement iPhones to provide same day replacement for many models if required, alternatively non-stock models are normally available the following working day to your appointment in store.
iPad 1 - 2 days - Replacement iPad units are not held in stock but are normally available the following working day to your appointment in store.
Mac 0 - 3 days - Many software issues with Mac can be resolved during your appointment, and hardware components if required are not held in stock but are normally available the following working day to your appointment in store.
Apple Watch 5 - 7 days - Apple Watch is sent to a central Apple facility for assessment, and subsequent repair / replacement if possible.
KRCS are an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP). AASPs are part of a network of Apple-authorised businesses that provide comprehensive support and repair services for Mac products. AASPs employ Apple-certified technicians, who complete regular Apple training and assessments, so you can be confident you're getting help from qualified, experienced professionals.
