SpringBoard remote training is for your IT team or teachers to acquire the skills required to deploy and manage iPad, Mac and Apple TV. It is available for both Jamf School for iPad and Jamf Pro for Mac as well as mixed-device fleets.

HelpingHand is our premium remote support tier for Jamf School and Jamf Pro, with fast email-based response (within two hours). This provides extra support to your IT team for critical issues and is powered by our own team of Apple and Jamf-certified experts.

FirstClass SafetyNet
SafetyNet gives you a one-off set-up of Jamf Safe Internet, linked to either Jamf School or Jamf Pro. This includes a walk-through of Jamf Security Cloud so your team are trained and equipped to maintain Jamf Safe Internet moving forward.
