Wakefield Service Centre
The KRCS Wakefield Service Centre is located in our retail store in Trinity Walk. No appointment is necessary to drop a repair in to us, just come along any time to the store and we will book your repair into the Service Centre. We can repair all Mac, iPad, iPod, iPhone and Apple accessories whether in or out of warranty. Machines older than 5-7 years may not have full parts availability.
Shortly after arrival at a KRCS Service Centre our Apple qualified engineers will diagnose your machine. You'll be contacted with a quote if it is chargeable, or we will simply proceed with the repair if it is covered by warranty. As soon as the repair is complete we will make it available for collection from wherever you dropped it off. You can pay for chargeable repairs over the phone when we contact you, or face to face when you collect. We aim to complete your repair as fast as possible, as we know it's hard to be without your Apple kit for too long!
My repair - What happens next?
KRCS are Apple Authorised Service Providers (AASPs). AASPs are part of a network of Apple-authorised businesses that provide comprehensive support and repair services for Mac products. AASPs employ Apple-certified technicians, who complete regular Apple training and assessments, so you can be confident you're getting help from qualified, experienced professionals.
We'll book in your repair and give you a signed receipt. If you drop-off at one of our APR stores we will transport your repair to our nearest KRCS Service Centre, free of charge. For the fastest turnaround, you could consider dropping your repair directly to one of our service centre's.
