Dear Team,

I have decided to write to the Head Office because I want to let you know how fantastic the staff are at Wakefield, and in particular Craig the Store Manager. I purchased a mac mini a couple of years back, and from day one Craig and the other staff at the store were incredibly supportive whenever I rang in the early days, and more recently, asking for advice.

Just for your information, prior to doing business with the Wakefield store, the Apple store had just opened up in Leeds and I checked them out after discovering the KRCS Leeds store had closed down. What was important to me at the time, as regards who I would do business with, and is still the case, as a Mac user of many, many years, is to receive good after sales support, because inevitably I always seek further help being mad keen on continuing to learn as much as I can about the latest O, and so forth.

With regard to the big flashy Apple store in Leeds, the service was terrible, with staff on the floor not having much of a clue about actual Mac computers or associated hardware they were selling. The standard response when asking for something other than an iPhone, iPod or iPad, was that they would arrange an appointment for me to attend a Genius bar where one of the technical team could answer all my questions.

At the time, I just wanted to chat to somebody there and then on the shop floor about the latest Macs, and the best they could do was take me to a computer and leave me to check out the specifications myself, while they rushed off to flog another iPhone... and don't get me started on trying to phone the Apple Help Line for assistance. Getting to speak to an actual human is nothing short of a miracle.

Ringing KRCS Wakefield was the totally different experience, and chatting to Craig was great. He was unfailingly courteous, very knowledgeable about the products, and this is what made me decide to travel from Leeds to the Wakefield store. I also greatly appreciated the effort Craig put in to make sure I got the right Mac, both in terms of my budget and a model I could grow into. On his advice I ended up choosing the 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7, 16GB memory model, which is still serving me well to current day, and when the day finally arrives that I get my wish list Mac, being A Mac Pro Tower Desktop, it will be from KRCS and not the Apple Store in Leeds that is for sure.

To close, thanks for patiently reading through what has turned out to be a lengthy missive. I always recommend to friends that when they are ready to trade in their PC and go for a Mac that they should contact KRCS for top notch before and after sale service. So here is a heartfelt thanks to Craig and his team, and please let your big boss know you have some terrific staff on the ground up here in the Northern hinterlands.

I had to take my macbook pro to your Wakefield branch on the 2nd February 2015 with a running slow problem.

Chris Hirst was the person who attended to me and after doing the necessary tests told me the hard drive required replacing.

My computer was ready for collection the next day with the new hard drive fitted and Yosemite operating system installed.

All the staff there and were very helpful in answering my questions.

I really can’t thank them enough.

Please thank them for me and give them a very worthy 5 stars

I have just received excellent and speedy service by pleasant people. Sorted my MacBook Pro and recovered all my data - to my huge relief! It is also good not to have to travel to Meadowhell or Leeds to get my Mac sorted. As with other comments, I didn't know you existed in Wakefield, but will spread the word.

Today I visited your store in Wakefield I had a problem with my iPad 2 regarding down loading photographs. The service I received was fantastic both from the manager & his assistant who actually sorted out my problem. The manager actually sent me email with a link to enable me to correctly download my printer so it links in with iPad.
Unfortunately I don't think enough people in Wakefield are aware of your shop. It is a lovely bright clean & airy shop the only think missing are stools like the ones supplied in mobile phone shops. I shall be telling all my friends & hopefully sending you a few more customers.

May I take this opportunity to say a BIG “Thank you” to Craig Bennett at KRCS Wakefield store, after purchasing my daughters iPad from there nearly two years ago and not being technically minded, I popped in today in the hope that they could assist with an imessage problem I had. Craig was extremely helpful and patient and resolved the issue without any problem what so ever.

I will definitely recommend this store to everyone I know.

Many thanks to Jake and James for their help with our iPad accessory purchase this morning. We're iPad tech novices and the two of them gave us clear, concise, information about what we required. May I say that your manager at the above branch is a cut above all others. He is so very patient and knowledgeable re my purchase of an iPad. He is never too busy when I ring him up and always solves the problem. He is always kind and so very friendly too when I need to visit the store. Dorothy

Just like today say the way my daughter and I were treated in the Wakefield store was polite, and with great expertise .no pushy salesmanship,made us want to buy more ,( so case was purchased) will recommend to everyone ,daughter was up from London and will shop there if anything else she needs for mini I pad or anything else ,so thanks Alex for setting it all up for us.

Congratulations to all the staff at the new Wakefield store. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE !
I normally purchase all my products from curries or apple store at meadow hall Sheffield but thought I would try your new Wakefield store. It was excellent to say the least and all the staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products. We were so impressed that we purchased 2 I pad minis (instead of 1) and the following week I introduced my colleague to your staff and he also purchased an I pad mini.
A big big thank you to Chris Alex Jake and James ! You must feel very very proud to have such excellent staff working for KRCS and not your competition ?
We very much liked the layout of the store and the location and trust that it will be a huge success as we will be back again soon to see what else you have to offer.

I was recommended to visit your shop by a friend. I wasn't expecting it to be such an amazing retail space - the experience was so much better than a cramped Apple store! You need to shout about this shop more so people come and see you and give you their business. Your service was first class - both my daughter and I purchased Apple accessories today. Just wish to place on record my thanks to the Manager and staff of your Wakefield outlet who dealt with delivery of an iMac computer last weekend.Inspite of some temporary unexpected broadband difficulties,time was set aside to give me a comprehensive run through of the new PC and on return home,the machine was quickly linked to the internet and a printer.Given that this is my first experience of Apple products,it will take some time before I become fully familiar with this operating system but,at least I have been shown "the basics" and offered support by the local store. Overall,I was impressed with the service given and would certainly recommend the company to other prospective customers.
