AppleCare+ 2-year or 3-year fixed term policies can be cancelled within the initial 30 day cooling off period after purchase.

Customers wishing to cancel in this period must complete the request form below. The details provided (i.e. name, email address and telephone number) must exactly match those used for the original purchase.

Please include your order reference number and any other relevant details in your request.

Pay monthly and annual AppleCare+ plans must be cancelled with Servify.
